The new Universal Microscope, invented and manufactured by Dr. Royal Rife of San Diego, Cal., Is now on display at the fine arts gallery in San Diego. This remarkable and highly complex instrument enables scientist to see germs before they reach maturity. Modern microscopes can only detect germs when they are fully developed. The new apparatus thus shifts the bacteriological battle to a new field and tremendous potential benefits to humanity. The microscope is operated on a periscope principle. Light is transposed 21 times, through as many phases, reaching a magnification of 20,000 for the object as seen to the master eye-piece
